    That shit is yummy

    1/2 cup instant oats
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp vanilla
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 tbsp splenda
    A couple shakes of cinnamon

Blend in a blender and cook like regular pancakes and top with a little low sugar syrup.

It tastes alot like french toast, but with 60g protein and 500 calories.

  2. :eek3: what flavor protein powder did you use? wonder how cookies and creme would taste :hsugh:

I used vanilla. I actually think cookies and cream or chocolate would taste pretty good. I would just stay away from the strawberry or watermelon type stuff. :mamoru:

Vitamin world has a non-flavored whey meant for cooking.

There was an article about it somewhere that the heat from cooking doesn't denature these proteins... I won't be able to find it now though

who cares if the proteins are denatured during cooking... they are going to be denatured during digestion anyway.

  22. add a couple tablespoons of wheat germ. 50 cal, a bunch of fiber.
