    i've been slacking. i'm going to keep this log to help me track what i actually eat and whatever. as dumb as it sounds shit like this helps me keep on track. gotta shed some bf before i set up my next bulk.


    today:
    9:30am: 2 scoops whey
    10:45am: 1 large cup of coffee (half and half + 3 SL)
    11am: 5 caps of AMP
    12:45pm: large chicken sandwhich on wheat with cheese and mustard
    8:30pm: 1 scoop of whey (in rush to get to gym before close)
    9:45pm: 1 scoop of whey + bowl of pasta with hamburger in it.
    11pm: 2 peices of texas toast



    ...will be doing back tonight. hit a PR on BB bent over rows (175x5)

    diet:
    10:30am: 2 scoops of whey
    1pm: 1 chicken sammich with cheese on wheat + 1 monster energy drink
    1:30pm: 5 caps of AMP
    7:30pm: 1 scoop of whey + pasta
    9:30pm: 2 scoops of whey + 2 peices of texas toast

    8pm: footlong steak sub from subway
    2 beers and a glass of wine :o

    it doesnt look like much but comes out to about 2k. i'm an endo so i can hold on to muscle/strength pretty decent on low cals.

    i take the amp to just focus at work usually. the monster is not low-carb. someone got me a bunch of the regular ones for christmas and i've been drinking 1 a day. they're only 200 cals.

    got off my diet due to holiday parties :o. time to get back on teh wagon. did chest on friday and cardio on saturday. ate like shit though.

    will be doing legs tonight.

    diet:
    9:45am: 2 scoops of whey
    10:45am: 1 monster + 4 caps of AMP
    1:45pm: chicken sandwhich on wheat
    4:30pm: bag of baked doritos
    8:30pm: 1.5 scoops of whey
    9:30pm: 1.5 scoops of whey
    10:30pm: beef jerky

    *a bit low on cals today. gotta fit some more food in.

    had an awesome leg day last night. also threw in some trap stuff. will be going in after work to do shoulders/tri's tonight.

    diet:

    1pm: footlong chicken and turkey sub on wheat + bag of baked lays
    6:30pm: 2 scoops of whey
    8:30pm: 2 scoops of whey
    11pm: lean cruisine chicken/garlic pizza. best 300 cals i've ever had :bowdown:



    *175x2 tonight on CG bench... PR. also hit a PR on standing shoulder press... 105x4

    10:30pm: 2 peices of texas toast :bowdown:


    had a fucking awesome back day. hit a pr of 165x10 on bent BB rows. then hit 175x6.

    3:30pm: went in to do chest and some traps... awesome workout
    5pm: 2 scoops of whey + powerade
    11pm: chicken ceaser salad with a little bit of dressing
