Ummm brah, leg extensions hit the quads in a totally different way bro, you get maximum muscle contraction bro when the leg is fully extended and you don't with squats, son. That's why:
3 sets of squats + 3 sets of leg extensions > 6 sets of squats
Therefore, 1 set of leg extensions > 1 set of squats.
So leg extensions are even better than squats bro.
