but, a piece of paper voter registration is
LolZ no ar15 for me today
no passporto for hsmith?
You'd be surprised how many people don't have passports. I work with a few myself.
When I buy a gun I need my green card, 3 months of the same bill to prove that I have been at the same address for 3 months straight, my drivers license, and my birth certificate.
This is a joke, right?
fuck. im in CA and all i have to show is a valid drivers license
va never fixed the equirsments after the awb expired :greedy:
I have a passport, it just isnt with me
Liar. You're really a convicted felon and can't legally possess firearms. You thought you could bribe the dealer to sell the weapon without the paperwork. Admit it.
not on a long arm
Nope. I'm not a US citizen. I have to show proof of residency (DL), proof that I'm legally here (Green Card), and proof that I've been living at the same address for 3 consecutive months (bills from 3 consecutive months). Always bring the Birth Cert. because I've had them ask for it before.
You're just not enough of a ninja I guess
all i need for a handgun is my CCW and DL, so the laws make no cents and i can walk away after the background check
All I use is my CHL and my drivers license.
gun shows are going to be crazy busy this year with the likelyhood of a strong anti getting the presidency and congress being taken over by the dems
figuring out what might be banned is such a pain
not really. AR, AK, FAL, etc
Obama would like to ban anything semi-auto, so who knows what will come down the pipe
Same here if you are a legal alien.
all i need is my DL
I definitely am a legal resident
Going for my citizenship next time it's up though, that way I can buy guns hassle free. Honestly the only reason I want to get it is to smooth out the process
H1B, permanent residents, and student visa holders all can get drivers licenses, but they aren't US citizens, hence why a drivers license isn't valid proof of citizenship.
I'm a permanent resident and I need to show my DL to prove I'm a resident of TN and the Green Card to prove I'm a legal resident of the US.
I don't have a passport... but I plan on getting one soon.
