    lost 25lbs since january and ive gained a tremendous ammount of strength too all thanks to you fuckers :love: thank you so much guys, really:wiggle:

    im 225 right now, but that was after lunch. i can bench 210 now for 5x5 squat 300 for 5x5 and i DL 290 5x5 ( i just started squats and DLs like a month ago)

    this year i just worked out really late, prolly do the same thing next year. gotta have lotsa water and some good carbs to replenish glycegen(sp?) levels in the muscles. i lost alot of strength during Ramadhan lost was kinda sad, also lost muscle mass, but i think i dealt with it as best i could. biggest thing for me is the water. its so hard to drink 2 gallons of water between sundown and bedtime lol. experiment and see how your body reacts.
