i love nothing more than a good workout day

    somehow i managed to have a great workout day and powered through everything with energy to spare! odd because i ate only 300 calories throughout the day before my workouts... (now having a shake and eggs)

    2 hours of yoga

    modified chris routine (5x10 on everything instead of 5x5)

    90 min of bjj

    30 min bag work

    i feel great :bowdown:

    do it man, i fucking love it, it helps so much with everything, great supplemental activity

    flexibility/injury prevention, & isometric strength FTW

    and the meditation aspect of it appeals to me alot too

    I should start doing Yoga... I can't even high kick at my head level anymore :wtc:


    Been increasing flexibility like mad though so It will come eventually.

    I wanted to try yoga, but they don't offer any classes at the times I'd be able to take them. :hs:
