Should I bother trying to get a replacement end of should I just get a new barbell?

i'd just grab another barbell, that way you'll have an extra ball from the old one and the whole thing usually isnt too much more than a replacement ball.

yeah i lost my balls about 4 or 5 times.... everytime it costs about $10 for a replacement ball..... its good to really screw your balls in hard, i find checking my balls about once a day is fine, especially after showers or swimming, or any sweaty activities, that is when my balls loosen up the most

Just head up to a tattoo shop....usually they're cool enough to give you a replacement, as long as it's not some random off the wall design. I've had about 10 replaced this way, so far....

Just grab a another ball. No point in replacing the whole bar! When I first got my labret done I used to carry a spare with me as it would fall off sometimes.
