i lost a lot of weight...and im looking to do it again *pics*

    about a year ago i went i was 5'6 230lbs...
    in 4 months i dropped down to 164..


    i currently weight 170 i feel like i look absolutely terrible..
    i have really low self asteem and zero confidence..
    so im looking to make some drastic changes AGAIN..

    i have no idea what my body fat %'age is..
    ive been doing cardio for about a half hour every single day
    for the last week and a half and have been eating vegetables
    chicken steak etc..and drinking about a gallon and a half of water a day..


    heres me currently at 170

    yeah i have no idea what im doing when it comes to lifting..
    My best friend is huge and he lifts a lot but currently stopped..
    im waiting for him to start training again so he can show me some stuff..

    and i dont really count calories.. i just dont eat junk food/greasy foods/
    i really only eat tuna/wheat bread/chicken/steak/vegetables/fruits

    spread meals so your eating 5-6 smaller meals per day:dunno:

    sounds like you need a routine?

    yeah i do need one
    and the thing is .. i hate being full :(
    so i eat maybe 3-4 spread out meals during the day.

    5-6 small meals like in the 300-350 calorie range

    grew in the ground > *.whole wheat > *.carbs

    try to eat for what you are going to do


    as far as a routine goes go to www.crossfit.com everyday and do what they have up for the workout of the day. It doesn't get any simpler.

    Please tell me how you lost 66lbs in 4mo...in 3mo best i can do is lose 38lbs and thats eating what u eat / counting calories and elliptical 5-6x a week, so i went from 250 - 213 in 3mo

    and im 5'7

    you just got a il bit of a gut, lift weights, cardio, tell you8r friend to get the fuck back in the gym
