So I'm an indomarph, and I want the brad pitt look that all the girls want. I bought some creatine and NO muscle pills and the most expensive protein GNC had, but I forget what its called. My routine looks like this: M: Chest T: Bicepts W: Chest/Tricepts Th: Back/Bicepts F: Forearms (for arm wrestling) Also I use one of those upright rowing machines that you hump on to get winded for two hours immediately after a workout, and then I have my protein shake and creatine and NO. Anyway, its been two weeks and spring break is not that far away and I still look like Brutus. Any tips?
