    I'm sure a full range of motion, the look on the guy 'spotting' looks like he's lifting a lot of it. Or having a heart attack!

    lol no kidding. Saw a guy in my gym do that same thing not long ago. Put plates wherever he could loaded to the max. Got it up and went down about 2 inches for 5 reps locked it out and left all the weight on there lol. I was laughing my ass off.

    Ha, I had that last night. After a week off with cold/flu. Did leg press 340kg, full range of motion (as much as the machine allows).

    Had this guy next to me doing 2inch range of motion squats with 80kg max. Then got onto the leg press later on and loaded it up, around 360kg and pressed it and proceeded to do 2-4inch range of motion presses like he was a hero. He barely made it back down to the hooks before he raised it again.

    I laughed to myself from the other side of the gym.
