    5:30am: 2 scps protein, 1tbl spoon pnut butter, 2c milk
    6:00am: 1c coffee, 2 poptarts, 1c oatmeal
    9:00am: protein shake, handful of almonds
    11:30am: steak ranchero platter from briannas
    3:00pm: workout
    4:30pm: 2scps protein, 1tbl spoon pnut butter
    8:00pm: 10oz filet of salmon
    9:00pm: 1c cottage cheese, 1c nonsugar yogurt

    thots: need to eat more frequently
