I lifted for the first time in 4 months today...

    God, it sucked so much.

    I've been out because of that arm thing I had. Which I never really found out what it was, just babied it until it felt okay enough to work out with.

    I lost around 10-15lbs all around, you can actually SEE the difference in my arms without close inspection.

    I don't know how long it's going to take to get back on track, but I'm hoping it won't take long. :hsd:

    umm, no, not muscle. just all together. i didn't eat as much over the summer, plus working in the heat = weight loss.

    same thing happened to my friend. he works for a camp teaching little kids basketball and other sports outdoors.=. his diet went to shit and he lost ~12lbs in 2 months.

    his shirts hang off of him now :hs:
