I've lost 17lbs and I'm right at 202lbs and I'm 5'10. I wear a size 33 or 34 jeans, and a size 34 dress pant. The issue is my upper body is defined and fine, but I have a "pooch" on the front of my stomach. I was always fat when I was younger, and my gf says it's just extra skin. Will ab excercises tighten this shit up?
