    How's this look? I changed a few excersies from the spead sheet :o

    Squats
    Stiff Leg Dead Lifts
    Bench Press
    Flyes
    Wide Cable Rows
    Narrow Cable Rows
    Wide Pulldowns
    Pullups
    Shrugs
    Shoulder Press
    Lateral Raises (Front/Side)
    EZ-bar Curls
    Dumbbell Curls
    Tricep Rope Pulldowns
    Calf Raises
    Cable Crunches
    Hanging Leg Raises

    Maybe add some dips or decline press? :dunno:


    I find the whole HST routine odd and I'm not sure if I would respond well to it as I've always seen better results with a lot of volume. I'd probably try not to deviate too much from the routine at first to see how you're reacting and adjust accordingly.

    Yeah from what I've read, a lot of people have seen great results with this so keep us informed and good luck broly.

    as far as I've gathered, the specific exercises aren't important as long as you hit every muscle group each day with teh recommended amount of reps and sets

    depends on how many sets of each your doing. For example, you've got 4 back exercises (Wide Cable Rows, Narrow Cable Rows, Wide Pulldowns & Pullups). You should be aiming for about 12 sets of back per week, which would mean 4 sets per day. So its fine to do 1 set of each per day, but personally, I would split it up and to 2 back exercises for 2 sets each per day. That way theres a little variety day to day
