I continue to get stronger with my lifts, maintain my high calorie diet, and i'm STUCK at my weight....

I'd rather be fat and have to hustle to lose weight than struggle to gain it

What time frame are you going by? Most people usually see a large strength increase before it transfers to lean mass gains.

generally critique my progress in 3 month intervals...to make sure my routine is on track with my growth. My lifts are still going up in weight, but the scale is reading the same. I look and feel bigger, but i'm not any bigger. BF % hovers in the same 4-5% range.

its hard to gain muscle on your body. its a long and slow process, naturally anyways.

    4-5% range is pretty large.
Take regular measurements. I go by my arm and waist measurements
at specific bodyweights to compare. In that 3 month period its definitely feasible that you could have gained muscle and loss fat which wouldn't read on a scale.

The problem is, I have such minimal fat to 'lose'... My body weight also fluctuates between 157-165 some times in a weeks time.. no idea why.. This is with minimal diet change..

It sounds, to me, like your not watching your diet as carefully as you think. Especially with so many flucuations ( Body weight and calorie intake )

If you are 160ish and are not gaining on 6k cal/day, i would seriously look into consulting your physician.
