Good Lord, I'm going to be sore in the morning. After reading all the stickies over the weekend I was pretty excited to go. But when I got there, I was easily the smallest guy in the room. I guess I have a long way to go, but it feels good man. I'm using first 3 day split here: http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?threadid=593679. I couldn't even complete half the reps on the last sets. Plus I felt like I was using poor form. Probably should decrease weight huh?
