91%. When I cook it I usually throw it in a colander then rinse off the fat in the sink

they are pretty dry, but I love them. They are just so damn convenient, and they are only $10 for a stack

yea I like it, the albacore in the can is usually lots of big chunks instead of having it all shredded like other types of tuna I had.

Oh, BTW this really isn't as much meat as I normally get. I had a lot in the freezer still so I didn't get as much

Ever try ground bison instead of beef? It's healthier, and tastier imo. Can be hard to find though.

I've heard Ground Turkey is pretty good.

I like the bison because as far as I know, it's all grass fed which seems to bump up the B vitamin and mineral content quite a bit. Plus it makes for a healthier fat profile. But I'm far from an expert.

I get mine from costco and mine are pretty dry as well, try putting some italian or balsamic dressing in the can and mix it in, makes it go down a lot easier.

that's a shitload of beef but eating chicken every day gets old really fast IMO

    no fresh fish?

It's aweosme. Doesn't make for a great burger like ground beef does, but it will make a great meatsauce for pasta, go great with mexican style food, and also very good by itself with a little ketchup, and of course it's lower in fat.
