I just started to add abs into my workout this ok?

    Never really had an ab routine, anything looks awful or is it just all awful :o
    Decline Situps Weighted - 5x10
    Crunches Weighted- 5x10
    45degree Bend Weighted - 5x10
    Planks- 3x10 10sec Holds
    Abdominal Vacuum - 5x1min Holds

    I personally do

    Hanging pikes 3x*
    Weighted Decline Situps 3x10
    Russian Twists 2x8
