I just started doing hindu squats.

    WTF!!! I can't even walk today. I thought I was taking it easy by only doing 50.

    I usually do squats with weight but it's causing lower back problems.

    I used to do a variation of those for 10+ years as part of warmup long before I started doing squats.

    50 wore you out? You're very out of shape.

    Negative. You use different muscle fibers when lifting with weight.

    Being sore is not an indicator for anything but lactic acid build up.



    So what do YOU bench?

    I agree with that but doing 50 would not even fatigue me... read the edit it was even part of warmup.

    About my bench... not much... but almost 2x my bw... you?

    looks easy, he doesn't even keep his feet flat.
    also, i wouldn't do these in the gym, some gay dude might get the wrong idea and try to stick his penis in my butt.

    Wrong, it looks the same as a normal squat except your heels come off the ground.

    True but if 50 reps of that shit caused a huge amount of latic acid to build up you have issues.

    I bench more then you, in fact I'm Elite.

    I helped a guy from that region how to do back squats. He was originally doing them with preset 80 lbs. bbs and I told him to go in the rack and put on plates. At first he didn't think he could do any but few form corrections he was doing a set of 10s. And no the guy didn't smell else I'd be on the other side of the gym.

    My schools gym is full of people "from that region" and they all smell terrible. :dunno:

    I bench 6 times my cock weight.

    900lbs

    I was at a 990 but I got a shoulder injury.

    My parents are from that region. I remember crying while I shat in that position on the side of the road during a trip through some rural parts of that region, while the drivers watched me. :rofl:
