i sell rigs to people
In for rigs to take pictures of my pontiac aztek
Of course I didn't just get the stuff for one rig....
Rig info plz?
PM pics of gear? May be interested if it's what I need....
Sounds like a nice catch 22 you've worked up there, then.
holy shit In for PM... I'm getting a 16-35, with a rig that would =
How about pics of componenets to ensure quality, not of the rig as mounted?
Too bad I'm not going to be able to use this for a week or so.
Yup, I know. I'm getting longer rods locally to save shipping costs. I bought those for wheel shots and support rods. One thing I forgot to order though is the remote trigger cable for my pocket wizard to the camera.
PM pricing and a pic. I have no building skills so don't expect me to build a rig, let alone start a fire lol. You could always hunt me down and shave my balls if I did.
I could probably get you a few sales & plugs every now and then..
image is even framed!
I know what OT likes.
In for info on how that stuff is used.
I have those same cups and clamps!
Those clamps are going to add the most weight for you. You'll definitely need something lighter for a rig if you want to get further from the car. Be careful with the cups though, they CAN mess up a paint job!
Looks like you bought a few Filmtools kits.
I made my own kit, it was cheaper and I was able to get better hardware than if I bought the prepacked kit. I'm going to add a large aluminum pole to the kit for shots farther away, and I'm going to fab up an underbody rig for full car shots.
If the rig is properly triangulated, it's absolutely rock solid and weight doesn't matter too much. I'm also using larger vacuum cups to prevent paint damage. (lower pressure/larger area)
Now I'll almost be as good as Tomash.
How about if I take pics while driving by an elementary school?
only if there is a seagull in the picture
and lens flare?
yes. doesnt matter if its out of focus or not.
