I don't have an ego when it comes to this stuff. I like to do something new and different every year. at the beginning of this year, I moved to cali on my own..lol. I think it was 75 degrees here today....definately not used to that.

Expect a lot of jogging and conditioning... about 45 mins. It killed me the first time.

Its a good workout. Your probably gonna be sore tomorrow. The worst time I was sore was the first time I really rolled hard for the first time. You will use muscles you didn't know you had.

    Glad you had fun.

I could have gone to a different school for 80 a month for 4 days a week or so but it wasn't as appealing. no, i'm not talking about the aka or whatever.

I hope all this works out, i would also like to get into some sort of striking art. Not trying to be some crazed fighter, just cardio work and flexibility more than anything. Working on computers all day does jack for that.

I would love to go to AKA if i was a little closer, its about 40 minutes each way for me and i cant really justify that. Dave Camarillo, the BJJ instructor there is a great MMA teacher, bjj and judo bb.

damn that seems pricy as hell. I pay 50 a semester for unlimited training lol. But if I weren't a student it would be 90 a month for unlimited.
