No pics but here is what I just added to my Glock 19:

    Extended Slide Release
    Extended Mag Release
    3.5lb connector
    A-grips
    Meprolights
    Grip Plug

I can't think of anything else to do to it.

BTW, everyone that has a polymer framed gun needs to buy A-grips. You will never go back once you have felt them.

depending on what type of pants you were. I can wear it in some of my looser boot cut pants, and in any of my cargo pants easily, the rest, no.

They make these crazy things called "holsters"....

Yeah, a G26 might be a little large for a pocket gun.

I have almost all of the accessories you listed on my G19, except for the grips. I am happy with the existing grip. One thing you may consider adding is a new, competition short reset trigger. They are pricy but when combined with the 3.5 lb connector they make the cispest snappiest trigger pull you can imagine.

keltec P3AT? something in .380. i'm looking into the same thing. don't want to spend a ton, but i want something that will function every time. don't care about remarkable accuracy, so much as good durability and reliability. also, nothing in .25 ACP or .32. both are shitty for carry. better than nothing, but still shitty.

P32 or an Airweight .38. For a true pocket gun I think a P3AT is getting a little big. Just my opinion. I carry my G19 every day so I'm not too worried about pocket pistols.

i didn't carry the other night when i went into a fancy restaurant, because i didn't have a way to conceal it. THAT is when i want a pocket pistol. working out, when i have pockets but no belt. i suppose the P3AT is a bit large for most people, including myself now that i think about it, to conceal in the dressier or smaller pockets that they'll have when they actually NEED a smaller pistol.

EDIT: actually, the P3AT is almost identical in size to the P32. the P11 is the larger one. the P32 is 5.1x3.5x.75 inches in size. the P3AT is 5.2x3.5x.77 inches. it's barely larger. one tenth of an inch longer, and two tenths wider.

the P3AT is nice and light(It's smaller than my hand and just barely bigger than a P32) but in order to get it as small as it is, you have to trade off a slide stop. It's definately not something you would want to use past 30 feet unless absolutely necessary. Mine rides in a pocket holster in my front pocket or on my ankle and hardly notice it. The P3AT is the lightest .380 auto on the market. It's not a fancy pistol, but it gets the job done. This is definately not a gun for those that have weak wrists. It does not like limp wristing as you can imagine and even with the .380, it has a little snap to it.

If you want similar size in a .380 but heavier, look at the NAA Guardian .380 still smaller than your hand, but almost twice as heavy as a P3AT and about 60% more expensive.

I shipped off my P3AT and P11 slides back to Kel Tec to trade in for the hard chromed models and a set of Tritiums installed on the P11 as well. Cost is $20 bucks ea. plus 75 for the sights.

Don't know about the G380, but my P3AT has gone through 1000 rounds of Hydrashoks with no hiccups.
