I just read the preview pages of Starting Strength and all my lifts have gone up

    by 5 to 10lbs... and all my movements feel so much more natural... I wonder how much it'll go up by if I read the entire book :noes:

    Btw, is practical programming going to be as good?

    If the rest of the book is as good as the 10 preview pages I've read then there is not a doubt in my mind that it'll be better value for strength and size gains than a tub of whey that costs double that

    i've been meaning to pick up both of those books.

    just got a new job, will have to grab them when i get mah paycheck :o

    this friend of mine is a brown belt in judo and wanted to do some strength training, i put him on the starting strength routine and his squat has gone from 65 kilos to 105 kilos for 3 sets of 5 in ~6 weeks
