I am very happy about it, but now I have to wait probably a week before I get it... Anyways, it's a Sig P226R that is one of the "certified pre-owned" guns that Sig strips and refinishes, and puts a full warranty on. I ended up paying $590 plus the FFL fee and shit from my local FFL. :o

Since WMD crew likes pics, here is a stock photo:

I actually shot that same gun if its 9mm and I really enjoyed it. I can't decide on a 226 or a 229!! but great purchase non the less =)

My Sig226 .40sw is my favorite gun, you made a wise choice. I'm thinking of getting another CPO identical to your's because you can't have enough 226s

I got it in 9mm because it will be my future duty gun, and I believe in having a slightly smaller caliber with slightly less recoil and more round per mag. I went out today and got 500 rds of WWB, plus 60 rds of the Speer Gold Dot 124g +P so I will be ready to go when the gun comes in.

as nice as the 226 is in 40, shooting 9mm should be pretty easy

I got it from Bud's Gun Shop... Its not a brand new gun, but is pretty much buying a fully warrantied used gun with 100-200 rds through it from what I hear.

If I worried about it being "used" I wouldn't have bought it. I had actually budgeted for a brand new 226, so getting a CPO for $300 less was very nice.

Wish I lived anywhere near where they could sell these that cheap. I got my Sig 250 for $525 shipped to my FFL in OH so I couldn't complain and it was brand new.

The pre-owned Sigs are great. That's how I got my P220, and I'm thrilled with it.

Sig's CPO is top-notch. You're gonna love that gun. I'm drooling just thinking about buying a CPO P220 as my next handgun.

My Sig shipped today via 2 day air. My local FFL (Henderson Defense) should have it on Thursday, so hopefully I can shoot it on Friday.
