    nice I was so close to ordering one but got the 17-70 instead :hs: the 10-20 is next on my list I need to get ebaying some shit first

    how is it compared to the Nikon 12-24? nikkor 10.5?

    I really like the 12-24... but havent tried the Sig 10-20... but it looks nice.

    no idea, but i cant afford the nikon lense. The Sigma might not be as good as the nikon, but for my level of shooting, its the best bang for my buck. Plug I get the extra 2mm.

    It compares 4 super wide angle lenses and basically says the sigma is the best bang for its buck.

    It's a good read if you're looking at a wide angle lens. Also check out some of the sample pics taken with each lens at the end.

    Yeah, I read that, I also read what Ken Rockwell had to say about the 4. He didnt really have any impact on the purchase, but I was currious to see what he had to say about the lense. Im pretty sure ill be happy with it.

    i've got both those lenses and LOVE them!

    the amount of room you can frame with the 10-20mm is unbelievable

    ken rockwell also suggested that if you have a nikon, order the lens with a nikon mount:mamoru:

    sweet, I got the lense last week, but i accidentally ordered the canon mount instead of nikon. so now i gotta wait for them to get the lense i shipped back and then wait again for it to get here...
