How's my form?
I've seen worse .. but then again I'm no expert.
What's wrong about the form?
Looks good to me, havent you squatted alot more than that?
I put the weight back a lil more .. probably just personal preference, like I said I'm not expert. Good job though, congrats.
You mean "low bar placement" where the bar sits lower on the traps or sitting back more like box squats?

Jeeze I figured you guys were all lifting alot more ... my program calls for 2 rep max next week and I was going to shoot for 305 myself.
As you're get more fatigued I can tell you're leaning forward a little bit too much though. Really only happened on the last rep. Sort of a 1/4 good morning. But it wasn't bad and its not going to hurt you.
I thought I saw vids of you putting up 315 for 10 or something.
EIther way looks good dude. That pic of your quad post-surgery and then a year later was fucking nuts... you brought that thing up to speed crazy fast.

Thanks bra. I took 6 cycles of hermidrol and 20 of suspensedrol. Anyone can get strong on those cycles.
how bad was your gyno from the hermidrol?
Nothing bad enough that 40 cases of AIFM couldn't resolve.
