    Strained my rotator cuff throwing the ball. Yesterday I did back, and it was fine, today i start off with close grip bench and it starts hurting, then I move to Overhead DB press. That really messed it up, could barely finish the rest of my arm workout.:(

    i hurt myself doing dumb shit all the time. :hs: Recently i took a swat at my dog when he was pissing me off and did something to my arm that hurt for weeks in the gym. Now just this past weekend i did something else throwing the football around on the beach :doh:

    yeah, thats the downside to lifting. normal injuries that you get doing other activities that you like to do end up fucking your routine.

    i'm glad boarding season is over b/c i'd always end up hyper-extending my elbow or straining my quad and having to workout later that night.

    You need to warmup with rotator cuff exercises before each workout. This goes for everyone.
