I just got some multi-vitamins from my work

    and I was wondering if they are safe to for all ages and sizes, it says high potency and I'm skinny and I don't want to throw up like I did when I took one a day maximum.


    I read somewhere that they can help weight gain if taken with my regular meals and shakes etc because of the nutrients that I'm generally missing out on, especially Zinc. Anyone have some reassurance, maybe I should take half a one just to see how I react?
