I have limited knowledge as I only work on my car doing little jobs like washing and waxing.

I just started a few weeks ago. They gave me some training but some of it I'm still learning as I go. How to use a buffer was the most difficult thing for me to learn, and really I'm still learning it. Its an acquired skill. :) Oh, expect some sore muscles as well. I know I have them still! :o

I'd be interested in hear how they are training you, then I might better be able to figure out what you should expect.

they'll train you slowly, unless they're stupid.

you should expect to have a sore lower back. use a rolling creeper stool and knee pads!
