 how is this news to you? Quads is one of the most renowned gyms in the midwest! Ed does most of his training at the south location

werd, I walk around sometimes 1 mile from my place downtown chicago and see shops and stores I never knew where there. Ive lived downtown for about a year now. When I lived in a small suburb I could name off every damn shop and business around.

Exact same thing for me, lol.

I know my home town and surrounding towns in the Chicago burbs like the back of my hand... everything.

But now that I am going to school in the city, I find something new every damn day.

i like it a lot so far, they've got a platform of olympic lifts and so forth.

it's not very fancy, nor well organized in terms of where stuff is, but it's within walking distanc eof me, so that's cool.

    any particular questions ?

I'm at the DePaul gym now, but when I graduate (If I don't go to grad school) I will likely get a membership at quads.
