This shit is awesome. It comes in a can similar to tuna already cooked and shredded. I should have an easy time meeting my protein requirements now since I never liked tuna and preparing chicken can get pretty time-consuming.

It's something like 10 bucks for 8 cans..not too bad. However, there's only about 8 ounces of solid chicken in the cans; they say 12.5 oz total on the nutrition label but it's counting the liquid.

chicken in a can/bag aint my thing. ive been getting ALOT of smoked salmon lately, i basically live off that shit now. but its pretty expensive in comparison ~$4 for 2 oz's. but its so much better than eating almost cat food, im worn out from eating such bland shit for so long.

You apparently missed the bulk packs of FF pres-seasoned chicken breasts back in the frozen meats section.

Those > * especially when you have a George Forman grill. :coold:

I like to make up 6-8 at a time so I have food for the next few days.

a lot of people do, they sell it everywhere :o

I've never tried it to be honest, I'll spend money on real salmon, smoked or uncooked, but it has to be pacific salmon, none of that atlantic shit you see in most stores.

I'm picky about salmon :hs: and atlantic is more salty tasting, and isn't wild either, all farm grown, which I think is the same case with the canned shit, all farm raised atlantic.

Coho, Sockeye, Chinook and the rest of the pacific salmon >>>>>>>>>>>> that

at that point, if its down to being poor, I'd rather buy catfish than canned salmon.

and I fucking hate catfish :barf:
