This is 6 months of use :) I live in California and work in Ohio so I fly every single week. I put all my flights, food, hotel, car, everything on that card. I average between 10k and 18k per month going through that thing.

I'm a software engineer, I run a team of 5 guys and I pay for all their hotel costs and flight costs as well. At first it was so they didn't have to deal with it, but after the first week I realized the points potential was astronomical!
