Last time I went to Walmart they had 100 Rd Winchester White box for REDICULOUSLY cheap. Cheaper then I've EVER seen at a gunshow. I think I paid like 14.97 for 100rd boxes of .40, and like 18.XX for 100rd boxes of .45.

I was "that sketchy guy" walking out of walmart with 1000rds of ammo that day.

yeah, i pay $14.97 for the value pack there too. if you buy bulk at the gun show, it comes out cheaper though. depends on who you are buying from.

when bass pro has a sale on Q3131A, me and two friends clean them, and galyan's out. galyan's will do 10% off any competitor's advertised price, so we take the BP add to them, they call and see if BP has it in stock (another stipulation), and we proceed to buy EVERY SINGLE case or box of Q3131A they have. this has been up to 6 cases in the past. we then go back to bass pro, and do the same there. if they have a limit per customer, we do as much as possible, then leave and come back. it's not uncommon for use to take home 8-10 cases between the three of us.

I just was at a show last weekend and nobody came even close. The only cheap ammo there was reloaded crap. There a MUCH better deals online that at gunshows IMO.

Q3131A is the commercial designation for winchester's packaging of IMI M193, which is the 55 grain NATO headstamped 5.56 that the US used to use. now they use M855, which is remarkably worse in terminal ballistic performance.
