    Someone help me get back into shape ASAP! Right now I'm at 235ish and I want to get down to 160-180 and then start adding some muscles to the guns, and the gut! Where do I begin? I've started walking to work eachday when it's not so cold, and eating less when I can :dunno:

    lol I don't know how I can do that most of the time I just have a bowl of cereal, a tuna or chicken bbq sammich and a salad from work. The hardest thing to cut is going to me the sodas :o I can go thru several 20ozers a day of Sprite.

    sprite zero tastes exactly the same as regular sprite.
