i hit a milestone today!

    10 full range pullups, no swinging of the legs ~ bodyweight 246. Not that long ago I couldn't even do 1 pullup :hs:

    only need 20 more to be like kroc! :mamoru:

    Thats a pretty good accomplishment considering your arms are 8 feet long

    Thanks, I've been working on them pretty hard so it's good to not consider them a Max Effort exercise anymore :rofl:

    thats insane, i remember we were having a contest.

    I can only do like 6 proper form pullups :eek4:

    for awhile there i was doing them like twice a week sometimes. also i started with chinups b/c i think they are slightly easier. and used different grips like palms facing each other, narrow and wide too. so i suggest trying those things if you get stuck at a certain #

    yeah, i just have tiny arms with no muscles on them, they get tired after a few reps even if my lats could keep getting me up :o

    no lol, 6 weeks off uni, not the gym.

    No way i would take 6 weeks off the gym.

    im starting to realize how to eat like a man and not a little boy. training is going well... keep making slow but consistent gains.
