I hit a deer last night......... Big Pics

    i was going about 55 back home from work and i turn a small corner and there he i think a 4 or 5 point buck made a great ending to an already horrible day the engine is fine from what i can tell but front end is screwed new grille new bumper new headlamps and bezels but thank god it covered by insurance and everyone is has been asking me this all day.... no i didn't pick up the deer for meat

    since it is going to be repainted I'm thinking about putting hood scoops on there anyone got any?

    wow... that's not a lot of damage for hitting a deer @ 55mph.

    You definitly woudl have fucked up a lot more than a fender and headlamp bezel if you didn't have it.

    Get a beefier guard next time. Cool that it didn't fuck anything up too bad. Replacing a grill guard > thousands of $$$ in body work

    I think the next thing you should do is smash those cloudy ass headlamps so insurance will buy you new ones that don't cut your light output.

    they are replacing one but since this all happened (and they are covering it) i'm replacing the whole left side bezel and all and i'm also going to put hood scoops on there (the body shop guy is a famliy friend)

    they no longer have that grille guard in production....... i'm afraid to see what they have:wtc:

    There is a guy who I use to know with a pre-97 F-150 and he took a mustang hood scoop and had it put on his hood. Did it pretty nice blending it in with the hood and then repainting it all so it looks one piece.
