    im not worried about it, i've been following christophers routine since 11/1/05. i've only been working out a month. i'm gonna keep at it and see where it takes me.

    i only do squats, none of the other ones yet

    today i finished with 235 x 5? nov 1 i couldn't even do 115 x 5 :eek3:

    :cool: Do Hack Squats, killer on the quads, and leg press(With feet close) I did 265x5 on Squats Wed :bigthumb: And 325 on Hack Squats :coold:

    You dont have to live by it throwing in one extra excersie isnt going to kill you, I just find squats I never feel it in my Quads. And you have pretty small quads :o

    i might do it then. if you think my quads were small...roofles, i weighed 124...and im like 5 10-11

    Yea but my squat is only 30lbs more than yours and my quads are about twice your size :o
