I heard someone on this site had a real good 4 day split

    I was just wondering if someone knew about a 4 day split that was posted on this site. If anyone knows of a real good 4day split for a hard gainer then please post it. thanks!

    - Bench
    - Incline Flys
    - DB Millitary Press
    - Lateral Raise
    - Skull Crusher
    - Push Downs
    - Curls
    - Hammer Curls

    Tues- Legs, Back
    - Squats
    - SL Dead lifts
    - Hack Squats
    - Leg curls
    - Leg extensions
    - Wide grip Pull ups
    - Rows

    Wed- Off

    Thrus- Chest, arms
    - BB Incline Bench
    - DB flys
    - Dips
    - Close grip bench Press
    - Preature curls
    - Hammer curls

    Friday- Back/Legs, Shoulders
    - Dead Lifts
    - Pull Downs
    -BB rows
    -BB Millitary press
    - Bent over Lateral raise

    This is my 4 day split. I've gained some good mass and strength off of it. I mix shit up a little bit too. Its 4 sets 6-10 reps.
