I havent lost one pound in almost a week and half now

    :wtf: Diet has stayed the same, drinking 192oz water, working out 5times a week and doing cardio 5times a week.

    Any suggestions, maybe replace cardio with HIIT 3times a week?

    I would reduce cardio to 2-3 HIIT sessions a week.

    Try switching up machines as well, if you already don't.

    Yea I do elpitcal, incline tread, recumbent bike, treadmill, and standing bike now

    You do realize that as you lose weight your body requires less calories right? So if youre saying your diet is the same as pre weight loss then you've already got your answer.

    give it time...remember you are giving yourself alot of water weight drinking as much as you do....

    why? weight is simply a number on a scale.... if you are putting on muscle, and losing fat, who cares what the number says...

    If you haven't lost a pound in a month it might be time to look into changing. My weight fluctuates 5+lbs a day, it's no big deal for you to weigh the same after one week.

    OH MY GOD USE YOUR HEAD.

    That daily expenditure is THEORETICAL. Its not an actual value. If youre eting less than your 'daily expenditure' and youre not losing weight IN REALITY, that means your CALCULATED daily expenditure is probably wrong.

    or if you want to get real serious, burn more cals than your daily intake...which is quite impossible for your average joe.


    and i agree with danknuggs, i rather look like i weigh 130lb and when someone tackles me, its gonna feel like 170lb to him/her

    Try to get more real food in the picture. Liquid food spikes insulin levels more.
