    been there, done that.

    be prepared to lose a lot of muscle. you'll lose weight, but it will be mostly muscle, leaving you still fat and weaker vs when you started. you wont look significantly different when you're done. upon stopping, you'll gain weight rapidly.

    just fyi, so you know what to expect.

    Sounds stupid I know, but im 6'1 194 and my goal is 145.so im hoping to reach that in a bit over a month.Im not going to lift weights besides weighted crunches, because im not going for a broly look. just want six pack abs maybe. i doubt ill lose a lot of muscle cause i never lift weights, in other words i dont have extra muscle. well i guess ill post before and after pics if i make it throught this diet.

    you can lose a pound in day easily ... mostly from water weight or muscle loss, if you fast or do ketogenic atkins type shit.

    it's unhealthy to lose more than 2-3 lbs./week. i would be a little worried if i were cutting and losing more than that.

    Ugh I hear that shit (last two) all the fucking time. Pisses me off to no end. My friends don't listen to me cause I am a former fattie (still chubby but about 55lbs leaner). Squats/deads/bench are my bread and butter for the most part and when I ask my friends if they squat/dead they all either don't know what they are or claim that they hurt to do or something. Then they comment on how they blasted their tris today at the gym.... yeah just tris.
