i havent eaten for 3 days

    i know its bad but i've been under alot of stress so thats why i havent eaten but when I start eating again what should I do not to gain the weight back that i lost. Eat lightly i'm guessing? I just hear of people starving themselfs loosing weight and as soon as the eat again gaining more then they had

    oh shit 3 days??

    if you don't eat for 2 days you can lose weight permanently... any longer and there's no way to not gain it back :(

    sorry you're screwed... you're gonna gain at least 5 lbs :sadwavey:

    You're going to gain when you start eating again.

    Here's a thought though; don't be stupid and lose the weight the real way... by shedding fat. Most of the weight you lost was muscle and water.

    Regardless of whether or not you are going to gain weight (which you will), you should eat lightly anyway because your digestive system is in a very fragile state right now and if you overload it at this point, it would not be very good and could cause either diarrhea or constipation, upset stomach, sluggishness, food hangovers, etc.
