    1. ive used the double rich chocolate in the past, this stuff destroys it in taste and quality

    2. 2 scoops, goes down easy

    3. ignore the reviews they are embarrassing

i generally use 2 scoops of 100%, which gives 52g, inc 11g BCAA. i might give this one a try if it really tastes better than the double choc, but the double choc is pretty good :dunno:

Your body can't use 60 grams of protein at once. :mamoru:

It's one of the best proteins out there IMO, barely any carbs or fat, lots of quality protein / BCAAs / glutamine etc. I've been using it for awhile and like it but lately I've been drinking Dymatize 12hr protein.

Been using it for my PWO shake for years. Seems to work well. A 5lb tub is 28 servings.

Personally, I think the 100% Gold Standard Double Rich Cholcolate is better. But I mix my Pro Complex with water and the 100% Gold Standard with milk so it's not really a fair comparison.

pro complex in milk is heaven. pro complex in water still goes down so easy IMO.

ive used 100% gold standard longer than ive been using pro complex and I cant go back to 100% double rich.

I use it before bed with my cottage cheese, but I only use 1 scoop. It's a little more expensive than on gold whey.

Peptide 2.0 is great but it's intended to be a pre-bedtime shake. Lots of fat and casein. Shit tastes like fucking cake though, so amazing. That and Syntha 6 are the best tasting proteins I've tried.
