Not positive, but with tiger you just needed one, I've used my friend's tiger disk on like 4 computers, and he's used it on a bunch too.

I swear Apple owners are the only people who would buy multiple copies of an OS for multiple computers :mamoru:

 Apple for not encumbering their OS with shitty verification software, or even license keys

thats whats i was going to say

with windows, it's kinda a pain in the ass to have to call up microsoft everytime i change my system harddrive or motherboard etc

obviously i have combatted this by obtaining a legal volume license key from school. however, i'm not suppossed to use that key on anyone else's computer other than my own. also, i'm suppossed to remove my system now that i have graduated from there. that doesn't make much sense to me
downloading a system from a torrent site and cracking the activation etc isn't a great idea either

apple knows whats up, sell a system that people will actually be willing to pay for

for a reasonable price too. For a decent version of Vista it will cost $300. OS X $150ish.
