I have some unwanted fat i want to get rid of. is HIIT the best way?

    i want to make sure i am doing it correctly. i have read the attn: NOOBS sticky and looked at the site refering to HIIT. How soon should i expect results? any other help/suggestions/support would be appreciated.

    why not the hiit, sounds like it would be quicker results.

    To do HIIT requires some semblance of prior cardio training. Just going straight into HIIT won't be too beneficial. Start off with light cardio and weight lifting. Adjust your diet, eliminate empty calories...make everyone count (high protein, low gi carbs-try cutting as much refined sugars and high fructose corn syrup as possible, high fiber, low fat, etc.). After a few months, HIIT might be a more practical approach.

    Losing weight is easy. But he's talking about losing fat, which isn't that much harder, but definitely not as easy as just weight straight up.

    but losing fat while retaining as much LBM as possible isnt...
