    i've been doing BB rows, guess i'll have to try harder. i just started doing pullups yesterday...

    i have a 5x max.

    nope. free-weights and a pullup bar (which i installed last night)

    if the exercise has the word "row" in it....do it.

    DB rows are the shit.

    pullups = excellent progress as well.

    Single arm dumbell rows work well for me.

    I'm going to have to start doing pullups more, I think that's what I'm lacking on my back day. :hs:

    no one has said chin ups:eek3:

    chin ups are what worked for me, weighted

    Pulldowns work excellent for me..
    form > lbs

    Well, just because an exercise doesn't hurt, doesn't mean that it's not perpetuating the muscular imbalances that cause the impingement to exist
     
  21. My lats have grown nicely in the past couple months. I did pullups, weighed pullups. Bent over close grip rows beyond exhaustion...the lats are like traps and calves--they can take a beating without reaching failure
