wtf. after last weeks personal best of 365 raw deadlift, my body hurted . i thought i severly fucked up my back or something, then a couple of days ago, blisters appered on one singal dermatomal region (left side, under pectorial, wrapping around ribs, going to spine.... T5 dorsal nerve is my guess). looks fucking wierd. with a little interneting, i've come to the conclusion i have shingles. i had chicken pox when i was in 4th grade, now 25. i thought mostly people over 60 get shingles? i've been tired as hell, and have not been to the gym at all. i think i've been sleeping 15+ hours a day for about 3-4 days. anybody have any experiences or tips? eager to get back into gym and get my total past 1000 raw.
