    I do Joe Beradi's plan that is in the F & N sticky: http://www.johnberardi.com/articles/training/winning_2.htm

I started in June and have lost 25lbs so far (From 265-240).

I do Joe's workout plan which is:

Monday: Upperbody Pulling & 30 minutes of anerobic cardio.
Tuesday: Lower Body & 30 Minutes of aerobic cardio.
    Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Upperbody pushing & 30 minutes of anerobic cardio.
Friday: Lower Body & 30 Minutes of aerobic cardio.
    Saturday: 30 min anerobic cardio.
    Sunday: Off

I do my cardio immedately after my hour to hour and fifteen minute weight workout. My waist is still going down but I am not seeing the consistent weight loss that I would like. My goal weight is 220 (I am 6'1''). My diet is very clean except two bad meals per weekends max.

My plan from now on is to do cardio in the morning for an hour instead of 30 minutes and do weights at night.

Any suggestions on burning off this fat?

I can do that. Do you think I need to change my workouts at all? Should I do the two-a-day plan with cardio in the morning? Is there any bad things about doing cardio right after weights?

Clean your diet up and see what happens over the next week or two. If you're still stuck you can either cut your calories or increase exercise.

What does your diet look like now? total cals and macro nutrient breakdown.

I eat 376 calories for breakfast. 584 calories for lunch and dinner each. A protein shake after working out. Only water to drink. How do I calculate macros?

So you're getting like 1700cals a day? Umm...yea...that's a bit on the low side and could be affecting your weightloss (same thing happened to ccrooks awhile back)

Macros= how much of the cals come from carbs/fat/protien...

    what exactly are you eating?

Why are you so concerned about your weight if your waist is still shrinking?

I eat a bowl of bran cereal for breakfast with skim milk. A sandwich on pumpernickel break with ~ 1-2 oz of lean turkey or roast beef and 0 calorie mustard with lettuce and tomato and two pickle slices for lunch and dinner. I have done a tuna and vegetable type diet before and if there is anyway I can avoid that I want to. The tuna/chicken breast and unlimited vegetable diets make me hate life.

Because my waist is still high and I really hate putting the effort in at the gym and not seeing wait come off.

So I have to do a heavy protein vegetable diet with no carbs? Is there no way to cut weight at my size and still enjoy what I eat? I did this diet for a week and it sucked hard.

Alright....this is just for leaning out....but if you follow this for four solid weeks...no cheats...you'll shed so much fat you'll be amazed.

If you need to know how and/or why this works I'll explain...but just do it if you really want to shed unwanted fat.

8:00 AM - Solid meal option A, B or C...plus your multivitamin and fish oil.

10:00 AM - Rapid fat loss shake (consists of one scoop of Metabolic Drive Low Carb protein popwder with 8 to 16 ounces of water and one serving of Greens +)

    12:00 PM (noon) - Solid meal option A, B or C.

3:00 PM - Rapid fat loss shake

    7:00 PM - Solid meal oprion A, B or C.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

Solid meal A: 4 Omega-3 eggs with one cup of egg whites. Eat that with unlimited green vegetables. All veggies are good except corn, peas, carrots, beets and potatoes.

Solid meal B: 6 to 8 ounces of extra lean white meat (chicken or turkey) OR fish/seafood (like salmon), Eat that with unlimited green veggies and 1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil OR 3 to 4 ounces of avocado.

Solid Meal C: 6 to 8 ounces of extra lean red meat OR salmon. Eat that with unlimited veggies.

Be sure to drink plenty of water and green tea throughout the day. No sodas, no coffee, nothing but water and green tea.

**** No alcohol at all during this 4 week cycle.

Yes, if you eat clean all week you can get away with one "cheat" meal per week. A cheat means you still eat a sensible portion size and get the right macro ratios in. A cheat meal is not destroying a large pizza and a 1/2 gal of chocolate milk.

what is a rapid fat loss shake...

and dude don't think of it as something you're giving up -- think of it as shit you're getting!

My body fucking maintains like it's my job. If I ever get cut down to where I want to be it should be smooth sailing.

But yeah it's THAT tough to cut sometimes and you need to suck it up.

weight is not allways an accurate reflection of fat loss. Sodium retention plays a big part in weight, and sodium consumption tends to increase when on a diet to spice up otherwise bland food.

So shut the fuck up and do your shit right.

I can eat whatever I want and maintain a steady weight. So you are saying I can lessen up on my diet restrictions when I get to my goal?

edit: as in when I quit football at 250lbs I went up to 260 from lack of exercise and stayed there for a few years while eating complete shit food.
