I do Joe's workout plan which is: Monday: Upperbody Pulling & 30 minutes of anerobic cardio. Tuesday: Lower Body & 30 Minutes of aerobic cardio. Wednesday: Off Thursday: Upperbody pushing & 30 minutes of anerobic cardio. Friday: Lower Body & 30 Minutes of aerobic cardio. Saturday: 30 min anerobic cardio. Sunday: Off I do my cardio immedately after my hour to hour and fifteen minute weight workout. My waist is still going down but I am not seeing the consistent weight loss that I would like. My goal weight is 220 (I am 6'1''). My diet is very clean except two bad meals per weekends max. My plan from now on is to do cardio in the morning for an hour instead of 30 minutes and do weights at night. Any suggestions on burning off this fat?
