I have NOT worked out since monday..and its killing me

    I'm making myself take a few days off, and I'm increadibly bored, muscle mass is shrinking, I'm propably getting fat, and in no way am I making any progress. Its so difficult to take time off like you are supposed to after going 6 days per week for 12 weeks.

    One week should not give you any losses. You sure your muscle mass is shrinking? Enjoy your rest man, go do something, call some friends up. ANYTHING, just don't sit around thinking about it.

    Hahaha, maybe I should work on the social aspects of my life. I look smaller, maybe I was just constantly "pumped."

    i took 3 weeks off cause work was to demanding, i feel your pain. i feel like i gained 10lbs and shrunk in muscle mass.

    i feel horrible when i'm not in the gym

    max ot, and a few other people. That, and my shoulder was getting tight throughout my workouts, and i have what feels like shin splints in my for-arms.

    If you don't feel mentally comfortable taking days off, don't.

    3 days off is going to be it, I'm going to lift tomorrow. I'm never going to meet my goals if I sit on my ass more than two days.

    I'm back in today. I've lost that whole pump factor, and I look tiny again. :wtc: I have so much more work to do.
