I am going to start again. I was looking at getting a set of bowflex select techs for my dorm. Anyone have any experiance with these? I think they will be good for upper body exercises.

    Wow!!
    Initial appearance & feel. Awesome!
Well constructied and smooth selective dialing for weight..it's so neat the technology put into these units. Nice feeling.
Almost feels like real iron weight plates.

yeah, those pretty dumbells are definitely more beneficial for your health and fitness than regular dumbells. it's a good thing you broke the bank or else you wouldn't have gotten a good workout.
