Why not pack 3 or 4 peanut butter sammiches? And Beef jerky? And some granola bars and trail mix? And maybe a couple bananas?

Do you have any refrigeration at all? How long are you out of the house for?

You need to start thinking more creatively.

Supplement means just that - it should be a supplement to a healthy diet.

    Not the primary diet

Get some real fucking food in you.

When I have class I am gone from home for like 9 hours at a time. My backpack has protein bars, beef jerky, bag of peanuts/almonds, and sometimes before I leave I will pack a bagel with peanut butter inside or something.

What your doing is better than nothing, but you could do better.... regardless of the time crunch.
